Shortstown Pupils Selected for Higgins Museum Art Exhibition
27.05.2026We are incredibly proud to share that three pupils from Shortstown Primary School have had their artwork selected for exhibition at the Higgins Museum as part of The Harpur Trust art competition.
A number of children from the school entered the competition, and it is a fantastic achievement for three pupils to have their work chosen to be displayed publicly over the summer.
The exhibition will run from 20th June until 4th October and is free for visitors to attend. Families visiting Bedford over the summer are encouraged to stop by and admire the artwork on display.
The Higgins Museum will also be hosting a range of creative workshops and activities throughout the summer holidays, offering even more opportunities for children and families to get involved in art and creativity. Learn more about these here.
We would like to congratulate all of the children who took part in the competition and give special recognition to those whose artwork has been selected for the exhibition. What a wonderful achievement!
